Chrome extension / Zoom data export
Export the Zoom list you need—without copying it row by row.
Zoom Registration and Participant Exporter handles two distinct reporting jobs: exporting meeting registrants across paginated lists, and producing a unique-participant export from Zoom usage reports.

Two reports. Two clear exports.

01 / The recurring problem
The report exists. Getting it into a useful file is the slow part.
Registration and attendance work often starts with information that is already visible in Zoom. The friction comes from moving that information into a spreadsheet, coping with paginated results, or separating repeat joins from unique people.
The extension adds a focused export step to the relevant Zoom page. It does not create access to data you cannot already view, and it does not replace Zoom’s permissions or reporting controls.
02 / Two workflows
Registrants and participants are not the same report.
Choose the workflow that matches the Zoom screen and the operational question you are trying to answer.
Workflow 01
Export a meeting’s registration list
Use this path when you need the people registered for a meeting, including records spread across multiple result pages.
- 01 Open My Meetings and choose the meeting.
- 02 Open the Registration tab, then choose View.
- 03 Run Export CSV or copy the registration data.
- 04 The extension gathers the available paginated results.
Workflow 02
Export unique participants from a usage report
Use this path when the relevant source is Zoom’s usage reporting and you need a unique-participant output rather than a registration list.
- 01 Open Reports, then the relevant Usage report.
- 02 Open the meeting or webinar history view.
- 03 Apply the report filters you are authorized to use.
- 04 Run Export Unique Participants from the extension.
03 / Data boundary
The extension works with the report already open in your browser.
The extension processes the relevant on-page Zoom content locally in Chrome. It does not send that registration or participant data to an external processing server, and it does not track the exported data.
Visible source
The relevant Zoom registration view or usage report you already opened.
Local action
The extension reads the page for the export you requested.
Your output
Download a CSV or copy the available result to your clipboard.
04 / Permission boundary
It exports what you are already allowed to see.
You must have permission to view the relevant Zoom registrant list or usage-report data—for example, through the host, owner, or administrator access assigned in your Zoom account.
The extension does not bypass Zoom access controls, reveal hidden records, or grant reporting permissions.
Use exported personal data only for an authorized operational purpose and handle the resulting CSV or clipboard content according to your organization’s policies.
05 / Common questions
What the exporter does—and does not do.
What can I export from a Zoom registration page?
You can export the available meeting registrants to a CSV file or copy the registration data to your clipboard. The workflow includes paginated results.
What is the unique-participant export?
It is a separate workflow for Zoom usage reports that produces a unique-participant output instead of a meeting registration list.
Does the extension upload the report data?
No. The relevant on-page Zoom content is processed locally in Chrome and is not sent to an external processing server.
Can the extension access any Zoom meeting?
No. You must already have permission to view the relevant registration list or usage report.
Are registrants and participants interchangeable?
No. Registrants come from a meeting registration view. Participants come from usage reporting. The extension keeps those workflows distinct.
Is this extension affiliated with Zoom?
No. Zoom Registration and Participant Exporter is developed by sorted.solutions and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zoom.
A shorter route to a useful file
Stop rebuilding Zoom reports by hand.
Install the extension, open an authorized registration view or usage report, and choose the export that matches the job.
