Exporting registrant data from Zoom is unnecessarily manual and fragmented. The platform does not provide a straightforward way to download a complete registrant list in one step, especially when the data spans multiple pages.

• Go to My Meetings in Zoom.
• Open the meeting you want.
• Open the Registration tab and click View.
• In the pop-up, go to page 1.
• Click Export CSV, then choose Download CSV or Copy to clipboard.
• Runs locally in your browser
• No external servers
